Refund policy

Returns

If you change your mind and want to return your product, you have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bushmansboots.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, we will issue a refund of the original purchase amount to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You can then order the correct size or style under a new order. 

Shipping return, refund or exchange items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, including for product exchanges. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
